F4

F4 also known as the Function 4 key is a keyboard shortcut that serves different purposes depending on the program.

How to use it?

Just click the F4 function key in any program to see what it does.

• F4 in Mac computers:

In Apple Mac, F4 will display the available apps on the computer.

• F4 in Excel:

In Microsoft Excel, pressing the F4 key will repeat the last action performed on the worksheet.

• F4 in Word:

In Microsoft Word, F4 is used to repeat the last action. Suppose you underlined some text and want to do the same. Then, just select the text and press F4.

• F4 in Outlook:

The F4 key in Outlook is used to find or replace text.
