Ctrl + R

Ctrl + R also known as Control + R is a keyboard shortcut that is used to reload a page in an Internet browser.

How to use the Ctrl + R?

One needs to press and hold the "Ctrl" key on the keyboard and press the "R" key with it.

• Ctrl + R in Excel:

In Microsoft Excel, if you choose to press the "Ctrl + R" key, it will shift the content of the cell to the right.

• Ctrl + R in Word:

In Microsoft Word, Ctrl + R lets you align the paragraph or object to the right.

• Ctrl + R in Browser:

In all the major browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera), the Ctrl + R key is used to refresh the current page.

• Ctrl + R in Outlook:

In Microsoft Outlook, Ctrl + R is used to reply to an e-mail.
