Ctrl + Space

Ctrl + Space also known as Control + Space is a keyboard shortcut that is mainly used to select an entire column in a spreadsheet program.

How to use Ctrl + Space?

One needs to press and hold the "Ctrl" key on the keyboard and press the "Space" key with it.

In Apple computers, one has to use Command + Spacebar.

• Ctrl + Space in Excel:

In Microsoft Excel, if you choose to press the "Ctrl + Space" key, it will select the entire column containing the active cell.

In YouTube, the Space key is used to Play or pause the video.
