Alt + Enter

Alt + Enter is a keyboard shortcut that is mainly used to create a new line in a Microsoft Excel cell.

How to use Alt + Enter?

One needs to press and hold the "Alt" key on the keyboard and press the "Enter" key with it.

• Alt + Enter in Excel:

In Microsoft Excel, if you choose to press the "Alt + Enter" key, it will create a new line in a cell.

• Alt + Enter in Browser:

In all the major browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera), the Alt + Enter key is used to open a search in a new tab.
