In WHM (Web Host Manager), you can create packages to define specific sets of features and resource limits for hosting accounts.

These packages can be easily assigned to new or existing cPanel accounts, making it a convenient way to manage multiple hosting accounts with consistent settings.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to create packages in WHM:

1. Log in to WHM:

Open your web browser and navigate to your WHM login page. This is usually accessible at https://your-server-ip:2087 or https://your-domain.com:2087. Enter your WHM username and password to log in.

2. Navigate to "Packages" in WHM:

Once logged in, you'll see the WHM dashboard. In the left-hand menu, find and click on "Packages".

3. Click on "Add a Package":

In the "Packages" section, you'll see options like "Add a Package", "Delete a Package," and so on. Click on "Add a Package".

4. Fill in Package Information:

Package Name: Enter a unique name for your package.

Resources: Set limits for disk space, bandwidth, email accounts, FTP accounts, databases, etc. Specify the resource limits according to the package you want to create.

Settings: Configure other settings such as cPanel theme, feature list, and more. Adjust these based on your preferences.

Click "Add": After filling in the required information, click the "Add" button to create the package.

5. Confirm Package Creation:

You'll see a confirmation message indicating that the package has been created. You can now use this package when creating or modifying a cPanel account.

6. Assign Package to cPanel Account:

To assign this package to a cPanel account, go back to the WHM dashboard and find and click on "Create a New Account". During the account creation process, you'll see an option to select a package for the new account. Choose the package you just created.

Complete Account Creation:

Fill in the remaining details for the cPanel account, including the domain name, username, password, etc. Then, click "Create" to finalize the account creation.

That's it! You've successfully created a package in WHM and assigned it to a cPanel account. This allows you to manage multiple hosting accounts with consistent settings and resource limits.
