Glaciers are known as the "Rivers of ice". They are made up of snow that falls over the years at a place and compresses into large, thickened ice masses. Their life begins as snowflakes.

5 Baltoro Glacier:

It is located in J&K in the Karakoram range.

6 Chogolungma Glacier:

7 Diamir Glacier:

It forms the LOC between India and POK. It is located close to China border in the Karakoram Range.
